Definitions: Applicability:
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Bella Design Studio, both through the website and otherwise.
Services: Bella Design Studio provides design and illustration services, as specified in individual agreements with clients. \ Ownership of Intellectual Property: Unless agreed upon in writing otherwise, Bella Design Studio retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the works it generates. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of the delivered work, which is valid indefinitely.
Use Restrictions: The client is not entitled to modify, sell, distribute, or use the delivered work beyond the agreed scope without prior written permission from Bella Design Studio. Confidentiality: Both parties commit to confidentiality regarding all exchanged information during the collaboration. Limitation of Liability: Bella Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The total liability of Bella Design Studio is limited to the invoice amount of the respective assignment. Payment and Rates: Payment terms are specified in the assignment confirmation or contract. Invoices must be paid within the set term. Cancellation and Changes: Cancellation or modification of assignments may incur costs, depending on the progress of the project.
Applicable Law and Disputes: This agreement is governed by Dutch law. The client or user must first make their complaint known to Isabella De Felip, who then has a period of 6 months to rectify any shortcomings.
Disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Before a dispute goes to court, parties will do their utmost to come to an agreement through mediation.
Service Provider: Bella Design Studio, led by Isabella De Felip, located at Kampdijklaan 29, in Vught, the Netherlands. Client: Any natural or legal person who takes services from Bella Design Studio. Intellectual Property (IP): All results of services provided by Bella Design Studio.
